
Crystal was about 40% open water. Fishing has been Slow to Fair Power bait (pinks and reds) or eggs have had the best luck.

Crystal is the smallest of three reservoirs located in Curt Gowdy State Park. Located centrally 24 miles from both Laramie and Cheyenne off of Highway 210(Happy Jack Road) with easy access to both fishing and camping this can be a great day trip or week camping vacation. Crystal has shoreline fishing for brown trout, rainbow trout and kokanee salmon. Boating is allowed but a 15 horsepower limit is in place.
