30% More Range: Broadband 3G? Radar clearly marks more targets farther away from your boat. So, you enjoy exclusive, close-in (6.5 ft/2 m) target detection of Broadband Radar? technology, with the addition of exposing distant targets previously unseen before. Unparalleled Short Range Target Discrimination - Where it Matters Most: Lowrance Broadband Radar? provides amazing target resolution, even at an unprecedented 1/32 nm range. Docks, channel markers, moored vessels and other critical targets are displayed with pronounced clarity and separation, for added safety and confidence in close quarters. Broadband Radar? technology eliminates the "main bang" of pulse radar - an obscured viewing "dead zone" immediately around the boat - which prevents display of any close-in hazards.Virtually No Radiation for Safe, Flexible Installation on Any Boat:Lowrance Broadband Radar? transmits at 1/10,000 the power of typical pulse radars, emitting 5-times less energy than an average cell phone! So, Broadband 3G? Radar is safe to mount in locations never before possible. Plus, with the lowest DC power draw of any X-band marine radar, it's the first and only radar ideally suited for sailboats and other fishing or cruising boats with limited power.Navigation in an Instant:No more waiting 2-3 minutes for a pulse radar magnetron to warm up. The 100% solid-state Broadband 3G? Radar design provides InstantOn? navigation in seconds. In darkness, fog or foul weather, you can view your surroundings, near and far, instantly. Ideal for sailboats and other boats wanting to save power, especially at anchor.
The Lowrance Point-1 is the ideal position and heading device. The Point-1 provides extremely accurate and rapid boat position and speed updates. In addition - unlike other position-only antennas - the Point-1 provides heading for accurate boat direction at any speed and for radar/chart overlay. The Point-1 easily connects to any HDS Gen2, HDS Gen2 Touch or Elite-7 display or any NMEA 2000® network. It is fully waterproof and can be pole or surface mounted on any boat.
The autopilot pack for Lowrance High Definition System (HDS) displays, providing automatic steering for hydraulic-steer outboard motors. An extra pair of hands when you need it, the Outboard Pilot, featuring Lowrance SmartSteer? control from your HDS Gen2 or HDS Gen2 Touch, will steer to a heading, waypoint or route. Everything you need in one box to fit an autopilot to your hydraulic-steer outboard motor, the Outboard Pilot lets you focus on fishing activity while keeping the boat on course. When connected to an HDS Gen2 or Gen2 Touch, the Outboard Pilot can steer to a waypoint or along a route, select a turn pattern or simply hold a constant heading. The Lowrance SmartSteer? user interface allows you to easily switch between electric-steer, trolling-motor control and outboard motor control directly from your HDS display. And, with your HDS display, you can easily convert trails to routes - so you can retrace a previous track and get your boat back to the dock from your fishing area. The Lowrance Outboard Pilot is recommended for single outboard set-ups, on boats that are 30 feet and less, in length.
