Wheatland Reservoir #3 has open water for the majority of the lake. The exception is at the boat ramp where there are ice chunks making launching boats difficult.
Had a Fly Store team member head out to #3 this morning. 95% frozen, very soft edges and ice didn’t look to thick. Will be ready soon (maybe snow and cold this weekend).
